Course:  BLS Provider

Description:  The BLS Provider Course covers core material such as adult and  pediatric CPR (including two-rescuer CPR and use of the bag mask),  foreign-body airway obstruction, and AED. 

Audience:  For healthcare providers, EMS personnel, physician assistants,  doctors, dentists, nurses, and respiratory therapists who must have a  credentialed card documenting successful completion of a CPR course.

 Course: Heartsaver CPR AED Description:  The Heartsaver CPR/AED course teaches CPR, AED use, relief of  choking in adults and children, and infant CPR and relief of choking, as  well as use of barrier devices for all ages. Audience:  For those who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities of regulatory requirements.  Course: Heartsaver First Aid  Description:  The Heartsaver First Aid course teaches how to manage  illness and injuries in the first few minutes until professional help arrives.  Course content includes general principles, medical emergencies, and  injury emergencies. Optional topics include CPR and AED, and  environmental emergencies.Audience:  For those who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements.  Course: Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED  Description:  The Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid course teaches how to manage  illness and injuries in a child in the first few minutes until  professional help arrives. Topics include first aid basics, medical  emergencies, injury emergencies, environmental emergencies, optional first aid topics, and CPR and AED.Audience: For those involved in child care who have a duty to respond to a  first aid emergency because of job responsibilities of regulatory  requirements, such as child care workers, teachers, foster care workers,  camp counselors, youth organizations, and coaches for children's sports  organizations.  Course: Family & Friends CPR Description:  The Family & Friends CPR program teaches how to perform CPR  in adults, children, or infants and how to help an adult, child or  infant who is choking. Audience:  Family members, friends and members of the general community who  want to learn CPR, but do not need a course completion card.
